Registration for Exam
Goethe Language Center at Guangdong University of Finance and Economics is the first and only Goethe Language Center in the South China region. Currently, we only offer A2 and B1 (full exam) adult examinations.
Exam Dates and Fees
Internal candidates can enjoy internal fees when they register within the specified time.
Definition of internal candidate
“Internal candidates” means “a student who has attended a course at Guangcai Goethe Language Centre within 6 months of the test date” and has the right to register for the test once and only once within the specified registration time, and is entitled to the internal test fee.
“Internal candidates” please upload the class certificate in the email, “current course students” and “students who have not obtained class certificate” please upload the payment screenshot, and tell us which class you’re in, if you do not submit the above proof, or do not register within the specified time, you can not be regarded as internal candidates, and can not enjoy the internal exam fees.
Registration Dates and Important Information
Registration Notes：
1. Registration is free of charge and we do not entrust any third party to register；
2. Advance registration is invalid, repeated registration is invalid. Each email is limited to one person；
3.After successful payment, the exam cannot be delayed or withdrawn. Please ensure careful consideration before registering;
4. If the number of applicants for a level is too low, the Center reserves the right to cancel or postpone the exam for that level；
5. We offer adult exams at A2 and B1(full exam) levels only. Registration is limited to candidates aged 16 and above. Registration under 16 is not allowed；
6. If the internal candidates registration does not upload the class certificate, the fourth class in 2026 does not upload the payment screenshot, the registration will be considered invalid;
7.Please be sure to pay for the current exam after receiving the payment notification email. Please do not pay in advance. Payment in advance does not count as successful registration. If any economic loss is caused by the examinees’ unauthorized advance payment, it shall be borne by the candidate herself/himself.
8. According to the examination regulations of the Goethe Examination Center in Germany, it is prohibited for examinees to share any kind of examination content. In case of violation of this rule, the Goethe Certificate will be revoked, and a one-year examination ban will be imposed on the examinee.
9. Starting in September 2025, we will no longer offer expedited certificate service.

Registration Procedures
1.Email Registration：
Please send your registration request within the published registration
dates via email to: ：goethezertifikat.gz@goetheslz.com
Please include the following information in the subject line：
Exam level + Name + Date of birth (Day, month and year)+your mobile number
Example：
Subject: A2+ZHANG Xiaoming+23.07.2009+139 xxxx xxxx
For internal candidate, please upload the class certificate in the email. For current class students and those who have not obtained the class certificate, please upload the payment screenshot, and tell us the which class you are in; If you do not submit the above proof, you cannot be considered as an internal candidate ; We will only accept applications that contain the above complete information.
2. Upload Materials and Pay：
If you successfully obtain a place, you will receive a notification email on the third working day after registration (it will be postponed on holidays) (you will not receive an email if you fail to obtain a place!!). Please transfer and pay the fees as soon as possible. Register your personal information in the designated link at the specified time according to the email, and upload ID card (double-sided)/passport copy, PDF handwritten signature “Candidates Must Read Notes for Exams” and Exam Registration Form. Failure to send the above documents after the deadline or documents that do not meet the requirements will be considered as automatic abandonment of the exam.
Please pay attention to the email sent by the center after registration, in case you miss the feedback time and miss the exam.
3. Exam Day：
Please arrive at the test room one hour in advance. The specific start time will be announced later. Location: The second floor of the former second Teaching Building (near the south gate), Zhixue Building, Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, No. 21 Chisha Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou.
