The refund request date is determined by the date on which the center actually receives the email.

Refunds are subject to the university’s financial procedures, and students must provide the required supporting documents on time. Refund processing may take considerable time. To avoid inconvenience or unnecessary financial loss, please carefully consider your decision before registering.

Once a student requests a refund, their eligibility for early registration for the Goethe German language examination as a current student will automatically expire.

Online Registration

For registration details and the registration link, please follow the official WeChat account “广财歌德语言中心”. There is no need to create an account on the official website.

When registering, you may select your preferred course format (live online/on-site) and class time (morning/afternoon).
The final class schedule will be determined before the course starts based on the preferences of the majority of enrolled students.

A WeChat class group will be created before the course starts as an additional teaching and communication tool.
Please do not make any payment when registering. 

Placement Test

Students registering for A1.2 or above must upload, through the registration link, a Goethe course-hours certificate or examination certificate for the preceding level issued within the past six months.

Current students who have not yet received their course-hours certificate should indicate “current student” in the “Message to Us” field. We will verify their records collectively after the course ends.

If you do not have any of the required supporting documents, please indicate that you need to take a placement test. The placement test fee is RMB 100. 

Important Information

The Goethe Language Center does not authorize any individuals or third-party organizations to recruit students on its behalf. Students interested in registering should contact the center directly.In general, students will only be notified to make payment after the class has been confirmed to run.

Students may not have another person attend classes on their behalf.

Once the course has started, the course format (online/on-site) cannot be changed.

At present, we can only provide standard VAT invoices containing a company tax identification number to students who genuinely require an invoice for reimbursement purposes. Invoice processing may take considerable time. Please take this into consideration before registering.
